Jedi Juice and Quinine Recipes

Given the implications of these recipes for anyone facing the Big C word, the Regiment has decided to make these recipes public. The following is taken directly from the emails sent by Goat Belly and Live Saved #560.


Goat Belly's Jedi Juice

1 gallon water or unsweetened tea

Add 1 spoon cayenne powder per gallon OR drink one 8oz glass per hour with 8-10 a pepper pills a day spread out per glass, use time release cayenne 'cool' gel caps for less upset stomach,(because 1 full spoon of cayenne is too harsh, supplement the 1 pill per 8oz water no more than once an hour or until your stomach feels ok);

I add a little sprinkle of ginger and turmeric to the gallon with a few green and black tea bags floating in the jug helps flavor.

Take some good pre and pro biotics in the morning;!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Take Activated charcoal and Sea Weed combo before bed;!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I eat some Apple Cider Vinegar gummies every day but not sure it really changes anything in this plan?

I did this with no exercise. But if you want to exercise the most effective exercise  is put the treadmill on max elevation and walk. Or walk flat for a minute and run for a minute, for 5 miles

DO not eat any carbs, sugar or honey it will cancel the thermogenic fat burning of the cayenne for the day. That’s a day you will have suffered for nothing.

Some fruit flavored tea bags works for better taste with a little lemon juice and stevia sweetener.

Dark Chocolate had a bad reaction with the cayenne, but it may have been because I tried some weight loss tea I had but it was an extreme diuretic.

It hurt both times I used it. Maybe all cayenne chocolate don’t mix? I’m just not experimenting with it again to find out.

After the first 3 day your stomach will shrink and you will not be too hungry until the tenth day. If you do for 3-5 or day fast expect a slight weight bounce back. But you will wonder where the shit is still coming from? Its butt flossing the putrified shit in your intestines coming out.

If you do eat, to have minimum impact on the weight loss. Eat once a day after 20 hours of fast and not 3 hours before bed.

Stay under 1200 calories like onions, broccoli, cauliflower or brussel sprouts with a little coconut oil.

There will be phases of light intermittent stomach discomfort, learn to time the drink and pepper dose. Weigh yourself in the morning after your first bathroom.

I call it the 'Jeti Diet plan' because you need Jeti discipline to stick to it but I just remembered that kemo would be worse.

The caffeine in tea although not as strong a coffee has a longer 12 hour lag effect. Switch to decaf closer to bed and take melatonin for better fat burning, because real fat burn at night.

The Grapefruit Peel Method: A Step-by-Step Guide

This method utilizes a slow cooker, also known as a crockpot, to gently extract compounds from grapefruit peels. Here's how you can try it at home:

What You'll Need:

  • Grapefruit: 2 medium to large grapefruits.

  • Water: 2 quarts of fluoride-free water. It's crucial to use water that is free of fluoride, as some believe fluoride can interfere with the extraction process. Distilled water or properly filtered water are good options.

  • Crockpot: A slow cooker with a capacity of at least 2 quarts.

  • Strainer: For separating the liquid from the peels after cooking.

  • Mason Jars or Airtight Containers: For storing your finished grapefruit peel infusion.

Preparation is Key:

  1. Clean Your Grapefruit Thoroughly: This is a vital first step. Commercially bought grapefruits are often coated with wax to prolong shelf life and enhance their appearance. This wax can also contain pesticides. Wash your grapefruits thoroughly under warm water using a fruit and vegetable wash or a diluted solution of vinegar and water. Scrub the skin gently with a brush to remove any residue. Rinse thoroughly.

  2. Peel the Grapefruits: Carefully peel the grapefruits, separating the peels from the fruit segments. You only need the peels for this method. Feel free to enjoy the juicy grapefruit segments separately!

The Crockpot Infusion Process:

  1. Combine Water and Peels: Pour your 2 quarts of fluoride-free water into the crockpot. Add the grapefruit peels to the water.

  2. First Cooking Cycle (4 Hours): Set your crockpot to a high heat setting. Cover the crockpot with its lid and let it cook for 4 hours. This initial cooking period helps to begin extracting compounds from the grapefruit peels.

  3. Cooling Period: After 4 hours, turn off the crockpot and allow the mixture to cool completely with the lid on. This cooling period is important as it allows for further extraction and helps prevent evaporation of the liquid.

  4. Second Cooking Cycle (4 Hours): Once cooled, repeat the cooking process. Set the crockpot back to high heat and cook for another 4 hours with the lid on. This second cycle further extracts compounds from the peels.

  5. Final Cooling: After the second 4-hour cooking cycle, turn off the crockpot and allow the mixture to cool completely again with the lid on.

  6. Strain and Store: Once cooled, carefully pour the contents of the crockpot through a strainer to remove the grapefruit peels. You should be left with a liquid infusion. Discard the cooked grapefruit peels.

  7. Storage: Pour the strained liquid into clean mason jars or airtight containers. This method should yield approximately two large mason jars worth of grapefruit peel infusion. Store your infusion in the refrigerator to maintain freshness and prevent spoilage.

I take about half a cup a day (i took a full 8 ounce one a day when i had cancer). The Quinine has a shelf life of about two days.

I got this recipe from my aunt, she is a retired RN and NP with 40 plus years in healthcare.  

She told me its the pith, the white part of the peels, that has the compounds in it. 

So the thicker the peel, the better, plus to add more potency, pull of the pith that sticks to the fruit, add that to the peels in the recipe..
